A tips to prepare health salads

Being careful about things you eat is important to keep your weight stable and protecting your health. Fast food might be cheap but it is not good for your health. You can prepare delicious and healthy salads at your home in a very short amount of time and keep your weight under control. In this article you can find two very delicious and easy to prepare salad recipes.

Chicken Salad
Just a word of caution, this salad may take a little more than 15 minutes. However, if you respect the recipe instructions and instead of boiling your chicken breast in a usual water container, you boil it under pressure, you will be able to make it in no more than 20 minutes, given that your chicken breast is not previously frozen.
3 chicken breasts, boiled in a pressure container
1 can of chicken soup
1 box of commercial jell lemon
Half an ounce of cheese or cream cheese
Water to boil the chicken, so enough to cover the breast
2 onions
2 peppers sliced or ground, as you prefer
A handful of celery cut in small chunks

Boil the breast in a pressurized bowl to cook it faster. Make sure that the water has enough salt; otherwise, the breast will be less tasty. Before you boil, it cut it into a few portions to make it boil faster. When it�s done, remove it and cut it in small cubes. Now, in another pan or vat place the chicken soup and the breast and add the jello. Add the cream cheese to the mixture and let them boil for one minute. Remove heat source and add the onions, the peppers and the celery. It will have to chill so when it’s ready you can serve. Have a nice meal.

And a quick reminder, you can always improvise with this one, add the ingredients that you like, exchange the mayonnaise with ketchup, etc. What we’re presenting is a somewhat classical recipe that you will easily find in most American restaurants.
1/2 cup mayonnaise. For better taste use full flavor or slim. Whatever you prefer!
2 teaspoons of vinegar and the same quantity of water
1 tea spoon sugar and mustard, the mustard should be without seeds
1/4 tea teaspoons salt and pepper
Half a cabbage finely shredded or cut into very small cubes, as you prefer. Slicing it might be easier.
2 carrots, finely minced
Half an onion or even less of you’ve got a big one.

You have to take all ingredients, except the cabbage and the carrots and onion and blend them together You can do it manually with a spoon in a bowl or you can give them a whisk in a blender. Don’t blend excessively, a few minutes toss will have them all mixed just fine. Place the cabbage, carrots, and onion in the end. You can serve it as it is or you can place it in the refrigerator and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Enjoy an all-American classic salad!
